How do you deal with fear in your life?

We can't run from fear.

As much as we try to prepare, it will be there because we can’t envision every possible scenario.

We can tell ourselves we won’t feel fear... but that doesn't guarantee we won’t feel it in the moment.

So what do you do?

𝗪𝐞𝐥𝐥, 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬:

𝟏. Let fear of the future, fear of change mess with you, let it intimidate you, let it produce negative words and thoughts in your mind. Keep you from taking action.

If You Want to Manage Fear, You Need to Face it. Get to Know Fear.

The key is get to the core of the issue.

You need to ask yourself and look carefully at:

"𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴?”

“𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘮 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵?”

Discovering your why to these questions can start you on the path to overcoming these feelings. That doesn't mean your fears will disappear, but you can develop ways to deal with them.

The next time you imagine or face a fearful situation…

Challenge it. Fight it. Attack your fear.

If you are afraid of water, learn to swim......Expose yourself to your fears a little at a time and conquer them! Don't let your fearful feelings stop you from doing or trying the things you truly want to do!

Changing your relationship with fear will quickly change your confidence and composure… Forever.
